Our Executive and Governance Assistant is responsible for providing a range of administrative support functions to the Head of Executive Support and the Head of Governance. You will also work as part of a team to provide support to the Group Leadership Team and Governing Body.

This is an extremely varied role which includes organising a range of meetings, handling sensitive diaries, papers and arrangements and ensuring that distribution of documents is accurate and timely. Helping to prepare presentation material as required by the Group Leadership Team and others, you will place orders for supplies, raise purchase order requisitions and check the accuracy of invoices whilst organising and maintaining accurate and efficient management systems.

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold an appropriate Level 2 qualification and have proven experience of a similar role. With good organisational and administrative skills and strong attention to detail, you will be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and have the ability to implement and follow standard processes and procedures in a methodical manner.

Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

The post holder will be based at Kingston College but will be required on occasion to work from across all four colleges in the Group.

This position is permanent and part time for 18 hours per week. It is also term time only for 40 weeks per year.
