As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills. You'll be dealing with clients in a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities via phone, email and in person.
The ideal candidate will be a target driven achiever who`s creative in sales and generating new business. You will be ambitious, motivated, and hungry for success. You will be the kind of person that doesn`t give up at the first hurdle and you will need to have a good focus and be able to manage your time effectively.
As a recruitment consultant you will be carrying out the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be sourcing for candidates, registering and vetting them. Alongside this you will be speaking to clients to establish their needs and building a database of companies to work with. You will need to have flexibility to work additional hours to get the job done however generally you will work Monday-Friday 0845-1730
