We have an excellent opportunity for an Chef de Partie to join one of our esteemed clients of a highly rated 3* hotel in Looe. Our client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie but would consider a commis chef or trainee looking to progress within thier career as a Chef de Partie. Cooking within an la Carte and Terrace Bar Restaurant with weddings and function cooking to an exceptional standard.
The right candidate will need to be passionate about food and a problem solver. You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role. Within this role you will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices. You will also be required to collaborate with other departments within the establishment to assist in generating menus based on seasonal activities and themes. You will have a good understanding of using fresh local produce and having a developed knowledge of available seasonal ingredients.
