Offering pioneering security solutions across the globe, Securitas specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to facilitate the successful delivery of our services throughout Bournemouth, Basingstoke and Wiltshire.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will effectively manage and co-ordinate staff and resources to support the successful delivery of security services throughout Bournemouth, Basingstoke and Wiltshire.

In this key role, you’ll ensure that customer SLAs and company standards are met by proactively managing staffing levels and ensuring that Protective Services Officers remain engaged in their roles. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Allocate resources in-line with statutory and company standards 
- Ensure that all sites within your area are appropriately staffed 
- Manage recruitment activities within your area 
- Ensure that employees have the training they need to deliver a first-class service 
- Carry out quality assurance checks and site audits 
- Make sure that assignment instructions, site documentation and risk assessments are up-to-date 
- Help to retain customers by maintaining excellent levels of service 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Customer service experience 
- An SIA licence 
- A good standard of IT skills, ideally including MS Office 

Organised and calm under pressure, as the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll perform all tasks with integrity and a people-oriented approach. You must also be a concise communicator who can motivate and empower others. 

Experience of working in security, portfolio management or risk management would be beneficial. Previous IOSH training/experience would also be an advantage, as would a full, clean driving licence.
