Maintenance Craftsperson (Electrical) - James Cook University Hospital
Basic Salary: GBP25,800
Additional Salary Potential: Unsocial hours payments (equates to approx. 25% of basic salary per year) plus overtime
Hours: 8 week rota, working 12 hour shift across both days and nights.
Annual Leave: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
Pension: Up to 6% matched company pension contribution.

Our team at James Cook University Hospital in South Tees provide planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
The Electrical Maintenance Technician will handle all work orders received, ensuring that all orders are actioned within the agreed timescales with a pro-active attitude. They will take responsibility for ensuring that their work is fully compliant with current and pending health and safety legislation at all times.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be flexible to undertake reasonable other site operational duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Completion of a recognised appropriate electrical/engineering apprenticeship or other relevant structured training programme.
* Appropriate electrical/engineering City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent/other qualifications.
* Proven electrical experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
* 17th Edition certificate NOTE: New 18th Edition training will be provided.
