We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our small, friendly Underfloor Heating and Screeding company. The successful candidate should ideally have current or recent experience within a telesales environment. 

The Role:

·        To increase sales by improving the number of new leads and customers through telemarketing campaigns.

·        To manage, maintain and collate information for customer call backs

·        To provide all customers with courteous, professional advice

·        To achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales and commission targets

·        To assist in the continued development and growth of the company, through an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working relationships with both Client representatives and Company colleagues

·        To undertake any other duties as required by the Managing Director


·        Proven track record in a telesales environment

·        Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a high standard of personal performance

·        Excellent communication skills at various levels

·        Ability to organise and prioritise workloads through effective time management

·        Flexible and reliable

·        Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously

·        Team player

·        Ability to present information clearly, concisely and professionally

·        Ability to update and maintain client data in a timely and accurate manner

·        To develop professional, productive and prosperous relationships with prospective Clients

·        Ability to work in a confidential manner in all aspects of their work
