We provide creative, person centred accommodation to the most vulnerable rough sleepers and homeless people in Bath and North East Somerset.? This role requires a resilient person who, with the assistance of a Support Worker, ensures every resident has a support plan based on their strengths, feels safe in accommodation that is well managed and is moving towards independence and reintegration.?
The management of female only accommodation for complex women forms a large part of the role and means the post is restricted to women applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, and Part 1. Section 7(2) e of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 apply. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) disclosure will be required for this role.
