As a CEM you will be the front face of our operation visiting people in their own homes collecting loan repayments and re-issuing loan amounts.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, who is reliable and dependable with a good levels of personal organization. You will be able to demonstrate sensible attitudes to personal finances and have the ability to work in a standardised way.
It is essential you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car to be able to apply for this role. You will be given the latest technology to work with to enable you to do your job to the best of your ability and set you up for success.
Although you will be joining a great team, it is also essential that you have the ability to work alone.
We will provide a full 5 day training program for this role which may require you to stay away from your home location.
Benefits include 25 days holiday increasing to 28 after 5 full years service, NEST pension, life assurance, discretionary, non-contractual bonus. SAYE and BAYE schemes also available after 6 months service.
