Our Client, who are a market leader within their field of aerospace are a repair and maintenance company based on Luton Airport.
They currently require several trainee members of staff on a full time permanent basis. These positions will be trained to carry out industry specific repairs and maintenance on aircraft components. You will be using hands tools, engineering machinery and working to aviation quality standards.
These positions provide a unique entry into the aviation maintenance industry, and offer career progression and skills to enhance the candidates CV.
Whilst full training is given and enthusiasm to learn is the most important attribute for successful candidates, preference will be given to those candidates who have some form of engineering experience or qualifications.
Candidates could be fresh out of college or have a number of years' work experience behind them.
