Full-Time E-Commerce Manager

All Colour Envelopes are a small family business. We sell, print and manufacture coloured envelopes and bubble bags. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, fun and lively company.

This position is full-time - Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). Our warehouse and offices are based in Ridgewood, East Sussex.

Main Tasks:

• General day-to-day management of our e-commerce & mobile website
• Updating website copy, meta data and image editing
• Publishing new content / products to the website
• Creating graphics/banners for use on website and social media
• Making basic technical changes to website
• Identifying and resolving basic web related issues
• To liaise with website developers / escalate in the case of any technical changes or support issues with website
• Update and manage social media platforms
• Create and send email marketing campaigns
• Monitor organic and PPC listings
• Assist with other general office tasks, such as answering telephone, taking payments etc. during busy periods

Essential skills:

• Relevant experience of a similar role
• At least 2 years management experience
• Strong knowledge of MagentoCMS system
• A good understanding of e-commerce websites
• High-quality web copy and meta data writing
• HTML knowledge
• Some design experience
• Advanced understanding of GoogleAnalytics and Adwords
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to manage own workload, make decisions and act independently
• You will need to be a car owner/driver, due to location (free parking on site)
• Working knowledge of Photoshop (preferably also InDesign and Illustrator)
• Creating and publishing e-newsletters (experience of using Mailchimp a bonus)
• Experience managing social media accounts

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience B2B ecommerce
• Previous experience of copywriting for similar products and/or B2B e-commerce
• Blog writing / journalism writing
• Product photography
• Project management experience
• Some experience of the envelope industry and/or print a bonus

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Rate:

GBP25,000 to GBP28,000 (subject to experience)
