They are now looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team in Westerham.
- Basic salary of £17,080 per annum
- Uncapped earning potential – realistic first year commission £30,000 - £35,000, with some team members consistently earning over £40,000

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll provide a first-class service to existing customers and identify up-selling opportunities.
Specifically, you will:
- Respond to customers’ queries
- Make a high volume of outbound calls
- Offer customers the opportunity to refresh their shower with new products, fixed-price repairs or other post-sale packages
- Identify products for customers who are out of warranty
- Maintain customer records
- Respond to calls from Field Engineers to prevent refunds and ensure a high quality service is delivered
- Support other areas of the Customer Service Department when required
To be considered as a Telesales Executive, you’ll need:
- Sales experience, ideally telephone-based, gained in a B2B or B2C environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- A results-driven approach
- Great team-working skills
