From time to time you may also be asked to cover the duties of other team members due to absence or lack of availability in order to carry out basic helpdesk functions and maintain day to day operations.

In addition, you will have a good level of experience in networking and significant experience working with and optimizing Windows server environments. The ideal applicant will be comfortable configuring and managing Exchange, working with AD services, database servers, web servers and with a good basic knowledge of endpoint and mobile technologies. You will be an engineer and a problem solver at heart with an analytical approach and you will benefit from good organizational and administrative skills.
