Temporary up to 12 months Maternity Cover, 37.5 hours per week

Liverty is a leading developer of affordable and social housing in the south west. From the shores of Cornwall to the Gloucestershire hills, we have a vision to build real social change in our region, one front door at a time.

At our heart, we are a people business. We provide services to over 70,000 people in 35,000 homes, and plan to develop 15,000 new homes over the next 10 years. We support, listen and learn from our customers, offering them choice, flexibility and value for money.  We invest not just in housing, but supporting individuals and communities.  Working with and empowering local communities, neighbourhoods are stronger.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and proactive Income Team, by providing Maternity Cover for one of our team members for up to one year.

You will be responsible for managing our residents’ rent accounts across your own geographical “patch.”

If residents do fall into arrears, you will act straight away to identify and empower those who will engage, whilst maintaining contact, reinforcing good behaviour and responding robustly if an agreement is broken or payments are not received.

In this key role, you will play a vital part in helping to deliver Liverty’s business objectives, and will have a focus on delivering the right outcomes for our residents and for us.

This role involves “mobile” working, where parts of your week will see you out on your patch, visiting residents in their homes. Therefore, it’s essential that you have a driving licence and use of a car.

So, we’re looking to recruit someone with ambition, flexibility and the desire to make a difference by delivering excellent customer service.

If you enjoy a challenge and like working as part of a dynamic team, then this could be the ideal opportunity and we’d love to hear from you!

A DBS check is required.
