Futures are recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to drive and deliver our ambition to be a leader in all aspects of learning and development, working with businesses to transform them into learning organisations. We are working with employers, education, and training specialists to identify and nurture emerging talent and create cultures for learning, personal development and progression.
Do you have the skills and the passion to develop line managers, influencers and leaders?
Can you inspire and challenge and facilitate a curious learning culture?
Are you a qualified teacher with experience of Schools, FE and Apprenticeship delivery?
Are you driven to provide the highest quality learning experience through your teaching, mentoring and coaching?
The successful applicant will lead by example, facilitating a range of teaching learning and development apprenticeships and professional qualifications whilst driving our quality improvement programme.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:

  • Hold teaching qualification level 5 or above, together with assessor and quality assurance qualifications
  • Demonstrate experience in delivery of Apprenticeships
  • Have sound knowledge of Schools National Curriculum
  • Be able to provide mentoring and coaching experiences
  • Evidence good understanding of the Common Inspection Framework and previous experience of Ofsted Inspections
