About the Role
The Leadership Support team is key to the success of the Manheim Leadership team. The team is responsible for ensuring that senior leaders are supported effectively and efficiently, enabling them to maximise their time and workloads effectively.
As Leadership Support Coordinator, you will coordinate and facilitate excellent organisation, communication, performance and reporting within the team, fully supporting the Leadership Support Manager and the Manheim Leadership team to achieve the Group Manheim strategy and goals. You must ensure quality services are delivered and performed to the agreed timeframes and outputs and that expectations are achieved and exceeded.
This is an extremely varied role which will include arranging meetings, managing emails and correspondence, organising and booking travel arrangements and accommodation, collating and completing expenses and mileage returns, and coordinating as appropriate, monthly Management information. Record notes and actions from leadership meetings both from group meetings and conference calls.
We’re looking for a confident and engaging individual who has proven experience of administrative work, preferably in a PA/support environment. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you will be comfortable working under pressure in a very busy atmosphere and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
With a calm and professional manner, you will have a strong customer focus and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
You will also be required to attend regular team meetings located at either our UK branches or offsite venues so a driving licence is essential as well as flexibility around travelling to ensure the demands of the meetings are met.
