HR Administrator

My inspirational client is a national charity who are at the forefront
of research and development. They are seeking 2 HR Administrators to
join their Northampton office on either a 12 & 6 month FTC.

Have you experienced both HR & Recruitment? Have you worked in a
not-for-profit organisation before? Are you available to start
immediately? If you have answered yes to all of these, this role could
be for you?

HR Administrator skills:

* Remove leavers from the HR database

* Process references & mortgage applications

* Organise travel for members of the HR team

* Ensure that all data is processed in the correct and most
efficient manner to allow for smooth running of the office

* Provide constant updates to the line managers through recruitment

* Attend and assist the line manager with interviews

* Liaise with candidates throughout their application to ensure a
positive experience

HR Advisor skills:

* HR & Recruitment experience

* Strong face to face & telephone communication

* Precise attention to detail

* Advanced IT skills
