Accounts & Admin Assistant
We're working with an exciting and innovative Bradford based company to find an energetic, enthusiastic candidate to fill their Admin & Accounts position.
You'll be joining a thriving and pioneering company to support them with both their accounts and administrative side. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a dual role between accounts and administration, providing support and knowledge to the wider company.
Within the role duties will include:
Preparing quotations and processing orders for customers
Liaising with manufacturing and engineering departments for job progress
Supporting the customer throughout their journey, being on hand from the customer's project conception to completion
Preparation of stock picking lists, invoicing and credit notes, delivery notes
Arranging deliveries of finished goods, liaising with logistics companies and the customer
You'll also work alongside the external accountant to carry out the following duties;
Reconciliation of accounts
Sending statements and chasing overdue accounts
Credit checking new customers and setting up accounts
Assisting with purchase invoice processing
EC Sales reporting
Month & Year End journals
Multi-currency reporting and calculations
We're looking for an experienced and versatile candidate with a background in an accounts administrative function for at least 2 years.
Candidates who have, or are working towards their AAT level 3 are highly desired!
You'll need to have experience of the above functions and be able to assist with other administrative duties as required
