They own over 18,000 homes, employ over 350 staff, and have an outstanding track record of delivering on average over 500 new homes every year for the last decade.
They are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to help them deliver a comprehensive, good quality responsive repairs and maintenance service to their customers.
The Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for a full range of technical surveying duties including surveying, specifying and managing repair works. Working with other members of the property services team, you will ensure that all contractors provide a quality and cost effective service for all customers.
The successful candidate must have an ONC/HNC/NVQ qualification (or equivalent) along with in depth knowledge of building construction, maintenance and social housing legislation. It is essential that you are self motivated, can manage your own workload and have strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you live in the Oxford area and have a full UK driving licence.
