The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills and must enjoy being a part of a busy and friendly team, we are offering a permanent position (Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00). We will provide in house training to use our systems.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Collating information from various systems
  • Entering information onto job sheets and issuing to agents
  • Putting together Job packs
  • Tracking of the job packs due to time sensitivity
  • Preparing reports
  • Data entry onto Microsoft Excel
  • Recording of information
  • Sending and responding to emails

Skills Required:

  • Must be computer literate
  • Have experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Organised and Reliable
