Community Services Manager
EDP Drug & Alcohol Services is a high performing charity providing a range of services, primarily to people with drug and alcohol problems across Devon and Dorset. EDP works with specialist partners from all sectors and promotes a system-based, value-driven approach to supporting people with complex lives.
Our mission is: To open doors for people affected by substance misuse so they can improve their lives and those of their families and communities.
Together Drug and Alcohol is our Devon Community service that is provided by a partnership of EDP, Devon Doctors along with Devon Partnership Trust. We are currently looking for the below opportunity to join our leadership team:
Community Services Manager – Together – Devon
Hours: 35 hours a week
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
This post will focus on strategic and operational planning, service development, continuous improvement, optimum communication and effective relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders.
As community Services Manager you will lead the service and support leadership on the transformation of drug and alcohol services (delivery and practice) across Devon and work with commissioners and all relevant stakeholders and organisations to optimise and improve the systems response for those with complex lives.
The successful candidate will be an effective leader with a proven track record of driving successful change management, high performance, continued service improvement and innovation. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver on targets and manage drug and alcohol service contracts, involving staff, service users and partners and working collaboratively across systems to benefit the people we work with.
