General Manager - Oxfordshire - Luxury Hotel - 1AA Rosette
General Manager required for this lovely hotel located within the
beautiful Oxfordshire countryside in the heart of England.
This delightful hotel is home to an award-winning Restaurant,
excellent facilities for conferences and is popular with weddings and

They are looking for a General Manager who has had experience of
managing a similar property and someone who is passionate, and

As a General Manager you will:
-Have experience of managing a high-level establishment with a strong
food emphasis
-Be responsible for all aspects of the business including managing GP,
training and motivating your team as well as recruitment
-Ensure high levels of service offering a friendly, efficient,
informal yet professional service
-Be responsible for all other areas of running a successful
establishment
