We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Specialist to work on-site and oversee the recruitment requirements at our busy client based in Sheffield.

As an Account Specialist you will be responsible for all the recruitment and management of temporary staff in various departments within our client site.

You will need to be extremely tenacious, flexible, driven and able to multi-task - we have high expectations from our on-site specialists, and an on-site operation is extremely busy.

You'll be able to manage a number of key admin functions, whilst recruiting for new temporary staff, processing the payroll and ensuring that all client information is processed in a timely and accurate manner and that all compliance procedures are adhered to. Delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build excellent working relationships is essential to the role and you'll need to demonstrate excellent people and team management skills.

Our client site operates 24 hours a day; 7 days a week, therefore, a flexible approach to working hours will be required.
This is a great opportunity and you'll be fully supported and mentored along the way by our knowledgeable and approachable management team, who will assist in your success, growth and development within this extremely fast sector.
