Person Specification - Teaching Assistant

This vacancy is designed for a committed Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant who has a strong ambition to teach in Secondary Education. The successful candidate will have a natural desire to become a future star of teaching and have the drive to learn as much as possible from this experience as a School Teaching Assistant. Ideally, the school need a Graduate Teaching who is able to answer questions that will test the breadth of your knowledge during lessons the cover the most challenging topics.

About the Teaching Assistant role

As a Teaching Assistant your role will involve you assisting with general support throughout the school and you will be leading pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. In this pivotal year, you will progress from group management to whole class responsibility if you show the desire to do so.
