Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales Operations is responsible for providing management, analysis and reporting for our global sales operations

  • Global Sales Performance Tracking - Roll up and report quarterly rankings of performance of the global sales team.
  • Weekly Global Forecasting - Provide weekly forecasting analysis including bookings, revenue, top prospects and deal size and quantity analysis.
  • Americas' weekly reporting and quota allocations.
  • Sales reporting support for Quarterly Business Reviews, Operations Reviews and Board of Director Meetings.
  • Renewal Tracking - Consolidate global maintenance renewal metrics.
  • Global Account Tracking and Revenue Splits - Maintain the Global Account Policy and a directory of our Global Accounts.
  • Maintain, enhance, and drive the Global Sales Process (including use of SFDC) through regular measurement and reporting of non-compliance.
  • Annual Sales Compensation Planning and Execution - Working with the CEO, VP of HR, CFO and Sales VP's, create a sales annual sales compensation plans that provide the appropriate motivation to drive the company's revenue and margin objectives.
  • Sales Force.Com Development - Continue to evolve the development of SFDC to meet the needs of our global sales and marketing teams.
  • Special Sales Projects - Set up and tracking of special sales campaigns related to products, channel and industry solutions focus.
  • Provide training to new account managers regarding the use of our sales automation tools.

Requirements

  • MBA, preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Outgoing with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized
  • Timely decision making
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Sales Experience and experience with SalesForce.com

Must Haves:

  • Min. 3-7 years in SaOps
  • Min. 2-5 years in FP&A
  • Mix of global Finance & SaOps experience for a Software company

Nice to Have:

  • worked in consulting
  • experience in SaaS business
  • hands-on experience in developing price model
  • development of compensation plans (region & personal plans)
  • hands-on system admin experience in SFDC
