Resourcer

BS Social Care Northampton are recruiting for a Resourcer to join our Northampton branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within Social Care Recruitment and learn from successful consultants who you will be working closely with and supporting within a busy sales environment. You will be working as a Resourcer and taking on Recruitment Administration duties.

This position will allow you to have ownership on your success and will require you to be motivated and passionate individual. You will possess excellent communication skills and be confident to communicate with your clients and candidates via phone, email and face to face. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0845-1730. However you may be required to work additional hours to get the job done.

A large part of the role is to come up with ways to attract candidates, actively source through job boards, attend job fairs, university days, create adverts and use social media to keep maintain a pool of active suitable candidates. As a resourcer you will be the first point of call for many of our candidates, a high level of customer service throughout the entire hiring process as a great introduction into BS Social Care is essential.
