Our client a successful organisation with growth plans are looking to engage a Part Time experienced Bookkeeper, this role is office based one day a week 8 hrs and my client is looking to appoint on a Self Employed Contract paying £10-£15 per hour dependent on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and entering accounts on sage.
- Processing payments to suppliers in relevant currency and keeping a spreadsheet record of payments.
- Customer invoice entry and processing customer payments.
- Debtors and creditors reconciliation
- Issuing statements & credit control
- Bank reconciliation including credit card payments via streamline & e-commerce payments via WorldPay or PayPal.
- Online banking payments including international transfers
- VAT returns and online submission
- Reporting of companies Imports and Exports, EC Sales & Intrastats
- Bookkeeping to trial balance
- Annual preparation of sage to submit to management accountants
SAGE & Excel experience is essential; we're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills.
