This company is a team of medical professional based across two hospitals in the Woking area. They currently have a vacancy for a Part Time office administrator to join their team, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 4pm.
This role is based in a hospital and is working with the clinicians to help ensure the smooth running of the office.
The main duties of the role are:
- Processing booking forms, invoicing, recording payments, troubleshooting problems, debt collecting
- Maintaining clear & concise records of all work done/invoiced
- Creating weekly rotas of work placements
- Liaising & negotiating with insurance companies, patients etc. when necessary
- Maintaining the banking spreadsheet, reconciling accounts and liaising with the accountant for the end of tax year returns
- Liaising regularly with medical secretaries, Hospital Theatres, pre-admission
- General administrative tasks within the practice
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Building relationships with clients
- Strong IT skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude.
£15 per hour.
