This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Supervisor/Manager to join our client’s Facilities team based in Holborn, London. This role is important as you will lead a team of four in delivering a quality reception and venue hire service across the College, including an outsourced catering contract.

The main responsibilities will include managing the rota, monthly meetings and appraisals for your four direct reports in reception and venue hire services. In addition to, supervising the catering contract and ensuring service levels and Health and Safety requirements are maintained, assigning work generated from emails/service desk requests and liaising with internal/external stakeholders about events and meetings.

Our client is looking for a confident, customer-focussed team leader with a friendly approach and can-do attitude; who will drive the team to consistently deliver a model service. As a team, they are proactive, professional, calm and confident with an organised outlook and hard working ethos.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Supervisor/Manager with a background in venue hire and/or catering, who is familiar with Health and Safety legislation and managing an outsourced contract.
