JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive - Retention
LOCATION: Leeds and surrounding areas
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 - uncapped commission + company car and a wide range of benefits
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday full time, permanent

THE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a Business Field Sales Executive to join the existing team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the business. Working within a sales team you will also work closely with our award winning Business editorial team across our newspaper titles in the Yorkshire region,
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships of a defined portfolio of high spending local accounts. Working in line with company goals you will develop strategies to nurture profitable growth in revenue streams and build personal relationships with various customers and decision makers.
Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive to include:-
• Create sustainable multimedia relationships, through quality customer experiences
• Proactively develop new business opportunities, through effective lead management and conversion
• Sell online advertising solutions through clear and effective territory ownership and management
• Deliver quality conversations around why change and customer challenges
• Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets and KPI performance areas
• Capitalise on MQL activity related to 'Lead' territory
• Effective geographic territory and call planning to optimise contact and performance.
• Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their business performance and meet group objectives by utilising high quality sales material to reinforce the sales message and processes
• Actively review media solutions and advertising campaign performance on a regular basis to ensure needs are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
• Drive the entire sales process, from territory planning, appointing, 2 stage call recording, closing and campaign fulfilment.
Experience required for the role of the Field Sales Executive based in Leeds
• Previous field based sales experience - essential
• Previous business to business experience - essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to large corporate companies - essential
• A good understanding of business trends
• Ability to exceed targets and KPIs - essential
