Technical Associate - 1st / 2nd Line

Our team is growing, so we are on the lookout for a talented Technical Associate to join our Managed Services team in Solihull. 

We’d like to meet a Technical Associate has the ability to work with: 
- Active Directory 
- Microsoft Exchange Server 
- SQL Server 
- Microsoft Office 365 
- Backup Exec 2012/2010 
- VMware 
- Azure/AWS or Similar cloud technologies would be a bonus

The Technical Associate’s responsibilities include: 
- Assisting in release management and technical integration processes 
- Investigating and solving technical problems 
- Performing backups and checking of automated backups 
- Hardware installation and configuration 
- Applying software updates 
- Documenting systems and their configuration 
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Routinely health checking systems and software 
- System performance monitoring and reporting 
- Serving as a technical resource by providing support to multiple projects and business units
