Our client is a well-established business who have been trading for over 35 years and they pride themselves on giving the highest level of customer service.
They manufacture, supply, source and print a wide range of promotional products, from stress balls, novelties, pens, catering and much more.
The role will require someone with the following skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
An interest/experience in design packages i.e. Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is desirable but not essential
Previous sales and customer service is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
Duties include:
Quoting clients via telephone and email based from set price list, requesting quotations for factories in UK/Asia adding mark-ups to quote the client
Dealing with client's requests and advising them of the status of their orders
Web-site and document translations
Assisting the Sales Artwork/Website team with data entry of products online and layouts of artwork for clients - full training will be given
Some data entry
Entering orders on the systems using Sage
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
