Customer Quality Associate - German Speaking

Your day to day responsibilities include:
Coaching and developing within the team to maximise performance.
Providing quality-related services to the project being worked on.
Undertaking quality monitoring and quality assurance and then the consolidiation o fquality results
Giving feedback of quality results to agents and participating in initiatives to improve botrh quality results and calibiration efforts.
Undertaking key, core business tasks that would be based on operational needs.
Proactive in communication and the execution of daily support which would be aligned with the daily steering and daily needs based on the incoming value, support needs and distributed tasks.
To successfully apply for this role, you will ideally have:
Experience working in a customer contact centre environment.
A passion for the improving and quality of services.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and German.
