Our client is one of the largest and oldest independent Builders’ Merchants in the east of England with fifteen diverse sites. They are able to meet the needs of the professional builder and decorator, and those of their private customers.
They are now looking for a Transport Supervisor to support the Despatch Manager in the running of a busy delivery service from their Colchester branch.
Duties include;
- Load planning with the most economic use of the branch vehicle fleet and drivers
- Regular liaison with their Sales team and Trade team
- General supervision of their driver fleet
Candidates must be customer focused, enthusiastic and take pride in providing excellent customer care.
