Senior Estates Officer - Engineering

An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd for the role of Senior Estates Officer. The post is to be based at Hopewood Park Hospital; however, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all South Sector properties and be a fundamental part of strategic development across all sectors.

Applicants should have experience managing a multi-disciplinary maintenance team preferably within a health care environment, ideally holding key healthcare qualifications to support Authorised Person roles and asbestos management.

The role is challenging and requires strong compliance and financial skills, along with the enthusiasm to succeed in facilitating departmental service delivery plans through effective team leadership. Applicants should be qualified to degree level in Building Services Engineering or equivalent, however, applicants with HNC/HND and relevant experience at a similar level will be considered, particularly in managing estates compliance. As part of the role the successful candidate will be required to participate in the locality on-call service following a suitable familiarisation period.
