Internal Sales Executive
My client is a leading, trusted provider of secure products and solutions that help protect documents, assets and identities from fraud and replication. From Health and Safety solutions to security print services including cheques, certificates and tickets through to identification and visitor managements solutions and all business administration products
They currently have an opening for 2 internal sales executives to work within their Redditch office. The roles are temporary at the moment but have the possibility of being made permanent in the future. The goal is to help the company to grow by bringing in new customers and developing existing business accounts.
You will be account managing a geographical area of business clients who have previously brought their products. Calling to build on the relationship and identify future needs, advise of special offers and new products that are available. In addition to account managing your existing clients, you will spend approximately 30% of your time generating new business through market research, referrals and cold calling. Responsibilities;
You will be working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets so you will need to be driven and focused to achieve KPI's. The commission structure is uncapped so if you are motivated by money and thrive in a sales environment then this could be the role for you!

Basic hourly rate of £8 (equivalent £17k salary) with OTE of £26k but the earnings opportunity is uncapped and the top sales executive at the moment is earning in excess of £1500 per month in commission alone
