We are currently recruiting for the following post:
CONCIERGE MANAGER
30 hours per week £17,136
5 days per week including some weekends
The purpose of the concierge service is to provide an on-site presence at accommodation owned and leased by Tyne Housing Association. The service will provide a presence to ensure the safety and security of the accommodation and occupants, which is also conducive to cohesive neighbour and community relations.
The Concierge Manager will provide support and line management to our new team of up to eight Housing Concierges who will cover evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with vulnerable adults and the general public. Flexibility and the ability to promote teamwork will be an advantage.
Successful applicant must hold a current driving licence as driving between sites will be a key requirement to the role.
Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced disclosure check.
