Audio Visual Technician
●Ensuring client and venue expectations and requirements are fulfilled for theevent/meeting
●Provide high quality technical services in terms of set ups/de-rigs of events
●Operating and / or working on Live Events.
●Assist with loads/unloads of equipment going to/coming back from events
●Partake in the supervision of external production companies during set up and de-rig ofevents
●Normal day-to-day duties associated with this industry and position.About you
●Ideally have a minimum of 2 years AV / Lighting technical experience in the Live Events /Conference industry with a proven record of setting up multiple technical aspects of Audio-Visual equipment for all types of events, including some larger productions such as awards shows and larger conference with set’s and staging.
●Have a proven in-depth understand and knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment including,lighting, sound, video, projection, switching, and rigging.
●Experience delivering a high-quality service to all types of clients with excellent clientfacing skills and great communication skills.
●Great team player.
●Ability to work shifts and work long hours on events when required due to the nature ofthe events industry.
●Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically and calmly.
