About the Role

We are on the hunt for a talented Receptionist Host to work for our high-profile client based near Glasgow city-centre. If successful in your application, you would be responsible for ensuring a high-quality reception service to a variety of different clients, customers, and colleagues. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere throughout the centre. You will also be responsible for providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner, following our client's standards, policies and procedures at all times.

If successful in applying for the Receptionist position, you will be based in a smart, modern office facility close to Glasgow city-centre.

About the Person

For this Receptionist Host role, it is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well with a variety of different people and personalities. To succeed as Receptionist Host, it is essential that you have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet Explorer with the ability to apply the acquired knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, it is possible that you will have worked previously in a hospitality or hotel environment, though, this isn't essential because we would welcome suitable applicants from all industries.

About the Job

Your primary responsibilities as a Receptionist will be to wow guests with your enthusiasm and attention to detail from welcome to farewell. You will also escort guests assigned to meeting rooms, handling all requests and fulfill them as quickly as possible. As well as being responsible for all the standard Receptionist activities such as answering the telephone, organising meetings and general administration duties, you will also have the opportunity to interact with tenants and guests in ensuring high standards of customer care. A lot will be expected of you, but you will be provided with an excellent support network to succeed in the role.

The salary for the Receptionist Host position is expected to be GBP8.75 per hour + benefits, depending on skills and experience.
