Recruitment Coordinator: We're growing our team (again!). We're continuing to make huge investments in Cornwall operation, and due to increased business demand, we're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team of 40.
Our recruitment operation has grown significantly over the last few years and with this in mind we are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator, on an initial 12 month contract, to be based at our office in Launceston. This exciting position will form part of our Recruitment and Administration Support Team by providing an outstanding service to our 750+ stores across the UK and Ireland.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to be customer focused, confident and have a can do attitude to be successful. Previous admin experience is essential for this role and preferably in a fast paced customer service or recruitment environment.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will take on a varied role with responsibilities including posting jobs to the Specsavers careers website, liaising with candidates to arrange interviews, building relationships with our Store Managers and managing all recruitment administration on behalf of our stores.
