Recruitment Solutions Wales Ltd is a family run business who specialise in many sectors within the Recruitment Industry. Due to the continued growth of our business we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in the Bridgend Office.
The position would allow the Recruitment Resourcer to work with experienced consultants who have a wealth of experience within the recruitment world.
The Role:
-Sourcing candidates by using a variety of methods such as job boards, internal date base etc
-Handling advert responses
-Dealing with candidates over the telephone, email and social media in a professional manner
-Screening candidates to make sure that they have the correct criteria for the positions advertised
-Ensuring the understanding of the positions being recruited for
-Working closely with consultants to identify the best candidates
The Candidate:
-The ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
-Ability to adapt to changing demands and deadlines
-An eagerness to learn
-Be flexible and adaptable
-Good organisational and administrative skills
