Are you a Quality Inspector looking for a new position on a temp to perm
basis? Do you have experience of working within a manufacturing
environment? Can you commute to Aldershot? If so, JRS would like to speak

JRS are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector to come and join
their successful client in Aldershot. We are looking for one to work on
day shift and one on night shift.
As a Quality Inspector, you will work within a team of 3 who are
responsible for quality checking against engineering drawings, providing
final inspection and ensuring quality checks are completed using
hand-held measurement devices.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
• Carrying out product testing and final inspection
• Checking against engineering drawings
• Using micrometers, verniers, pin gauges, bore micrometers, acceptance
samples for full inspection
• Use of internal MRP to document status of parts and components
• Recording of inspection and testing findings both on internal systems
and external documentation
• Creation and updating of inspection plans
• Undertaking FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) activities in
accordance with internal process and / or ISO9001:2015, as required
Required Skills
Experience of working with mechanical components using micrometers,
verniers, pin gauges, bore micrometers, acceptance samples
• Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of documenting quality findings using MRP systems
• Previous experience of ISO3001:2015 processes
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Benefits included
• Equivalent hourly rate of GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 per annum depending on
experience
• Weekly pay during temporary period
• Working 40 hours per week
• Onsite parking
• Early finish on a Friday
