Lettings Administrator
Barnsley / Bradford

Client is a leading Letting Agent based in Barnsley seek a Lettings Administrator to join their team. this role will initially be in Barnsley but then move to Bradford.
Duties:
*Inventory typing
*Updating old inventories
*Booking in inspections
*Utilities management
*Dealing with keys
*Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and contractors to book appointments
*Keep respective property files and computer records up to date.
*Ensure email is regularly checked for incoming enquiries & deal with promptly
*Filing and franking daily post
*Daily filing for building
*Assisting colleagues with other duties as required.
Essential:
*To be dressed smartly & well presented at all times in line with company dress code.
*Maintain an enthusiastic & high energy approach to your work.
*Comply with ARLA best practice and agreed procedures regarding all aspects of work.
*Answer the telephone in a prompt, positive, professional & friendly manner.
*Organise, prioritise & undertake personal work in an efficient & logical manner.
