PRODUCTION ATTENDANT / OPERATOR

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking to recruit multiple Production Attendants on behalf of our client in Derry. Interested candidates must be available to attend induction on Tuesday 17th July 2018 with a view to commencing employment in the following days, weeks, and months.

The successful candidates will work within a 24/7 operation which has 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. The days of work are Monday to Sunday and Monday to Friday.

These roles will best suit those who have a proven record of success within production or manufacturing but Brook Street will accept applications from all those who would like to apply.

Duties will include working in a production environment, assisting production by loading machinery with raw materials, standing at the production machinery along with the Production Operator for the duration of the shift, conducting quality checks, working in a clean environment, unloading products, boxing produce, and meeting production targets.

Pay rates will increase after a 12-week period to between £7 and £10 per hour for those working at Attendant level, and those working at Operator level could increase to as much as £15. The majority of Brook Street personnel working with our client as Production Attendants at the moment are earning £10 per hour. Our client also offers free parking.

Upon commencement Production Attendants will be paid £7 per hour. All assignments are temporary and could last for a period of weeks or months depending on production levels. These full-time, temporary roles will not exceed 12 months. There are, though, opportunities to apply for permanent roles internally with our client while working there as a Brook Street Temporary Employee.
