I have an exciting opportunity available for a deputy scheme manager with a proven background in the learning disabilities sector.

This service is easily commutable from Coventry, Solihull, Nuneaton, Marston Green, Sheldon, Coleshill, Dorridge and Knowle.

You will become a key a member of a leading organisation and make a difference to the lives of the people you support through focused person centred care planning and the promotion of independence.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with the scheme manager and hold responsibility for care and support planning, liaising with external agencies and ensuring high quality care is delivered in line with company and CQC guidelines.

Your time will be split between the delivery of personal care and support and office based responsibilities. You will also share the "on call" rota with other members of the management team.

This is the perfect opportunity for a forward thinking individual who can demonstrate extensive experience within the learning disabilities field and has at least 2 years experience within a senior support worker, team leader or deputy manager capacity.

A formal care qualification, such as the QCF 3 in health and social care, supervisory experience and flexibility to share the "on call" rota and a full UK driving licence are essential to apply for this role.

In return for your extensive skills, knowledge and experience, you will receive a generous annual salary up to £22000 per annum, continued training and development and genuine career progression opportunities.
