Business & Design Analyst

Do you want to become part of a growing, award-winning retail technology company? It's their people that shape their future. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team of Business Analysts.

Where will you be working?

You will be working as part of their team based primarily in their Northampton Application Centre although, some of your time may be spent in client offices in London and throughout the UK.

What will you be asked to do?

Engaging with their internal teams for the modularisation of the Merret product. You will be carrying out requirements gathering and a review of the current functions along with specifying improvements to those areas alongside with considerations for aesthetics and the user experience.

With an eye for detail you will be involved in the creation of aesthetic design and user experience flows, creating and maintaining functional specifications.

You will act as the interface between their clients and your internal stakeholders, with emphasis on maintaining positive relationships with both. Your role will be to explore the needs of their clients, and evolve specifications for system changes that bridge the gap between their retail business and the projects they are working on.

- A qualification relating to business, supply chain and/or UI/UX preferred.
- Previous experience of Business Analysis.
- Exposure to the retail and supply chain environment.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to think quickly and show initiative.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics and system design.
