An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Business Analyst to join us in Coatbridge.
Within this role, you will be responsible for development, production and maintenance of management information (MI) to support commercial and management decision making, client KPI monitoring, project delivery and contract mobilisation.
Monitoring and reporting on KPI performance, you will produce relevant branch MI using dashboards to monitor and drive performance, efficiencies and profitability across the region. You will manage contract set up and mobilisation and will review processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. In addition, you will also support the Heads of Service, in the development and maintenance of productivity reports to identify areas for improvement.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have extensive knowledge of IT systems coupled with the proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and the ability to develop complex reports and business models. With strong communication skills, you should be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and must have advanced IT skills.
Although not essential, experience of working in a Social Housing environment would be beneficial.
Candidates for this role must also possess a full UK Driving License
