Quantity Surveyor

The Role:

Successful candidate will be required to carry out all pricing and contractual work associated with the operations of a small business contractor including:

• Feasibility estimates.
• Cost planning (presenting with no supervision).
• Measurement of quantities.
• Cost Estimating.
• Tender documentation.
• Post contract management (competent in cost reporting) Preparation of valuations, final accounts.
• Managing projects effectively using appropriate management systems/protocols.
• Pricing schedule measurements.
• Project leading.
• Value engineering and commercial awareness.
• Tender evaluations: Review and analyse tenders, tender reports, Preliminaries/Appendices.
• Value engineering and commercial awareness.
• Contract procurement.
• Dispute resolution.

This is a full-time position and in return the company is offering a Competitive Salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
