An exciting opportunity has risen within the ever-growing Financial Claims Department for part-time Customer Support Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for those requiring flexible working hours with a requirement of minimum 16 hours per week between 9am and 5pm.

The individual required will be experienced, professional, committed and enthusiastic whilst maintaining and delivering their three key values of honesty, integrity and loyalty.

The customer support advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding service to their customers. The right candidate will have a genuine passion in placing their customers at the heart of everything they do, and thrives in a busy and challenging environment.

What the role involves . . .
- Responding to incoming calls from prospective customers wanting to start a financial claim with.
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to chase up relevant paperwork.
- Contacting lenders and completing appropriate paperwork to ensure that their claim has been registered with them.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times
- Providing a first point of resolution service to their customers in a professional manner
- Be an ambassador for McGinness Associates by treating all internal and external customers with respect and maintain professionalism at all times
- Display empathy and understanding for each individual scenario
- Carry out general ad hoc duties as requested by the team leader

Salary/Working hours . . .

Salary is annual equivalent of £16,000-£19,000 based on experience and a minimum of 16 hours per week between 9am and 5pm. This is also accompanied by a 3-month probation period.
