Receptionist

My client are a successful and innovative company who provide office solutions to clients worldwide. They are currently looking for a Permanent member of staff for their busy site in Dartford. Reception experience would be ideal along with a strong customer service focus. You will be meeting and greeting visitors to the building,providing office space quotes, arranging for new client move in's, distributing the post, keeping communal areas clean and tidy, managing booking for the conference facilities and providing assistance to resolve problems where necessary whilst looking after the general housekeeping of the centre. you will need to be articulate, smart and a strong communicator as you are acting as a face of the centre. A professional candidate is required as is a FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE as you may be required to cover at their Ashford and Kings Hill Business Centre's when required on an ad hoc basis
