Customer Sales Advisor 12 Month FTC

I am recruiting on behalf of a self storage company in Erdington for a Customer Sales Advisor for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The role of the Customer Sales Advisor is to ensure customers receive a consistently high level of customer service.

In addition to providing day-to-day help to customers, the Customer Services Advisor will contribute to the overall cleanliness appearance and effectiveness of the operation, and the achievement of weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.


As Customer Sales Advisor your responsibilities will include:


-To deal effectively with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers

-Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures

- Maintain a clean and tidy store

- Will be required to lone work. In instances of lone working or in the Store Manager and Supervisors absence take key holder responsibility.

In order to be successful in the position you will need to demonstrate:

-A good level of written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills when communicating with customers face to face or over the phone
-Comfortable working in a small team environment and adapt to lone working
-Project confidence and knowledge of Company products and services on completion of the induction and probation period

The ideal candidate will come from customer facing background- ideally from a trade/over the counter/branch environment and have proven experience working within a KPI environment

Salary offered £17,747 + team bonus structure in place
Free Parking onsite

40 Hours per week - 5days of out of 7 (1 in 3-4 weekends)
Branch opening hours- 08 - 18 Monday- Friday, 08 -17 Saturday and 10 - 16 Sunday

Start date of Tuesday 03rd April- candidates must be able to commit to FIRST TWO WEEKS TRAINING IN LONDON at their dedicated training centre (all expenses paid)
